I mean seriously - Weren't we just yesterday shouting, "Happy New Year!" and kissing our honey at the stroke of midnight? Wow! Time is really flying by!! And, with a new month, along comes a new Currently. I am linking up with Farley for another fabulous linky!
I am currently listening to The Celebrity Apprentice. My sweet husband LOVES this show. I'm not really sure what it is, but for whatever reason, he loves it. We're also DVRing the mini-series about the Bible for watching later!
We started baseball season in 30 degree weather with small, small small snow flurries. During our many cold games in years past, a friend starting bringing a sleeping bag to get in. Well, that was going to be my ticket for staying warm! Friday night, we went and bought a new sleeping bag. Saturday, while everyone else was freezing, I was snug as a bug in a rug! We have several more cold games this week so I am set!
I really do need to get off the computer and go to bed!
I need a SNOW day! Here in the south, it is so rare and far between that snow days are something to be loved! We love to see just a soft blanket of the white, fluffy stuff at least once a year!
Can I get an AMEN????? I would love to have not one, but two magic fairies that could help me with home projects as well as school projects. I would wear out just one way too much!!
I like...roses. I mean they are beautiful, right?
I love...rainbows. They remind me of God's amazing creation and His promises to me!
I hate...roaches. EEK! We sometimes see them at my school and we could seriously saddle one up and ride it! EWWWW!!!! YUCK!!!!!
Now, head over to Farley's and link up!
Well, that's it for now! I hope y'all have a great week!
Till next time!!
Roses, yes! Roaches, yuck! Like the idea of the sleeping bag. Smart cookie!!

I wish I would've found your blog in time for the Oscars so we could've shared outfit commentary!!! :)
ReplyDeleteI'm with you on the snow days because I am also in the south. We've actually had snow twice in the past few weeks...both on a Saturday. What is up with that?! It's a good excuse to not leave the house but 3rd quarter is long. A surprise break would be nice! And we have the roaches, too...blech. You must be in an older building like I am. I'm seriously afraid to keep any food in my room for fear of attracting them!
I'm a new follower. Looking forward to sharing ideas with you. :)

Just hopped over from March Currently and I am your newest follower! I am glad to see I am not the only one feeling that March has snuck up out of no where! It does seem like we were just ringing in the New Year! My husband and I also watch and LOVE Celebrity Apprentice. I am also hoping for a snow day on my Currently and there is a possibility of some east coast flurries this week! Happy March!

The sleeping bag idea is genius! I'm filing away that information for when my husband and I decide to have kids...
ReplyDeleteWhile gross, I'm glad to know that another school has problems with roaches -- I thought my school might just be unsanitary! hah! Roaches like to lurk in the teachers' bathroom at my school, so I get a nice surprise when I go in there in a hurry. Ick.
Good luck getting that magic fairy... when you figure out how much they charge, let me know. ;)

I found you on the state blog linky! I am a follower! Glad to find another Georgia blogger! I live in the North Georgia mountains and we often get snow days, but not too many of them this year.
